Hello Parents and Students!

I hope you are checking the class Blog periodically. Just a couple of reminders about a few things.

1. I have A LOT of sleepy students lately. Please make sure your child is getting plenty of rest and a healthy breakfast for optimum brain power everyday! :)

2. All homework planners must be signed everyday by parents to ensure that you have seen the homework for the day. If your child does not come to class the next day with their homework complete, they will have to stay in from recess to finish it. I DO NOT like to keep kids in from recess, but it is the only time in our busy schedule that they are able to get it done.

3.A big thank you to all my parent volunteers! I will be contacting you periodically for special projects.

4. There is a sign up sheet on the door of our classroom to bid on Your Teacher Experience prior to the School Carnival which is coming up quickly. Please sign up if your child is interested in having a Wii party for 2 with me and the 3rd grade level team. It will be a blast!

Thank you to those for all the classroom donations. Gently used books, copy paper, and class store prizes are ALWAYS welcome! :)
